My relationship with my family has always been strained, and this has had a significant impact on my mental health. Dealing with anxiety has been a constant struggle, and going to university was a welcome escape from my problems at home. During my time at university, I stayed in my accommodation and rarely went home. However, after graduating, I had to face the reality of finding somewhere to live. Unfortunately, my relationship with my family became even worse when I returned to London, and I found myself with nowhere to go.
This experience has been incredibly challenging for me, and my anxiety has resurfaced. However, it has been heartening to know that people are willing to help and support me in achieving my goals. The thought of having a stable living situation is a huge relief, and it will undoubtedly improve my mental health. Being healthy and becoming a better version of myself is a top priority for me. I am determined to overcome the challenges that I face and create a positive future for myself.
