Benjamin's story
I’ve always wanted to provide a stable and happy home for my partner and two young children. Recently, our landlord has increased the rent and has threatened us with eviction. Housing deposits and moving costs are a huge barrier to us with the high cost of living.
Beam’s support to help us with house-hunting and covering these costs will help us to find a more suitable place to live. Once we are settled in, I plan to take on more hours in my current role in the NHS once my young child is at nursery. We are hopeful that with a permanent and more stable housing situation, we can create a better life for our children.
