Throughout the last few years, I've often found myself going from job to job. But now I really want to start a career in dental nursing. Not only has it been a passion of mine for years, but it is a career that will offer stability which is important to me as my daughter is at the forefront of my future. I want her to grow up and see that her mum has a job that she loves. I also want to chase my dreams so that she knows she should always aspire to work towards her own.
I lived in youth hostels for a large proportion of my adolescence. After falling pregnant with my daughter, I moved out of shared accommodation and into temporary accommodation. Although this hasn't been easy, I've met lifelong friends through these experiences and created amazing memories - so I'm forever thankful for that.
As a child, I was never afraid to go to the dentist (unlike most kids!). I've always had this deep curiosity and fascination with the dentist. People will always need the dentist, so I feel like this is the perfect career for longevity and to explore my passion. It's a nice feeling seeing someone confident with their smile, so I hope that I can be a part of uplifting others in this way.
