I recently moved into my first home with my daughter to start anew. The only downside is that I have to travel a long way each morning to take my daughter to school, as I'm unable to enrol her in a local school and don't want her to miss out on her education. This makes it challenging to find a job at the moment, as I spend up to 4 hours a day on travel. I'm hoping she'll be accepted into a school soon, which will make life a lot easier. I have diverse work experience, having previously worked as a midday assistant and SEN 1-1, working with children who need extra support. I had to leave this role due to the long commute and insufficient hours.
Teaching children is my passion, and I aspire to become a primary school teacher someday. It's a highly fulfilling job, providing a safe space for children and helping them learn something new.
