My legacy is my tradition and my religion, so my dream is to have a huge shop in London so I can sell food from my country. My dream is to bring all those African foods from the farm to the city, to have my own business and my own brand. I have a real passion for food and cooking, and had good connections with farmers in my country who grew crops without pesticides. To cook good food starts with good ingredients, and good ingredients start with the farm. It would be demanding as a businesswoman and a single mother, so for now I still have my dream doing cooking, but I need to dedicate my life as a parent. My children need me there to cook for them whilst I continue to improve my English and knowledge of European society, so I am adapting to my situation now.
I enjoy working in a school not only because it allows me to spend time with my kids, but I love children - we learn a lot from them, everything is an educational experience! Children understand things and, for me, working in education helps me to learn from this society. If you raise good children you raise a good nation.
Knowing people want to support me is great. Some people may have a dream like me, and as a single mother putting myself out here to explain myself and show people who I am and where I want to be and sharing with people is very great. Everyone who supports me will be part of my dream and my achievement.
