George's story
I always worked in the past and it wasn't until I split up with my long term partner a few years ago that things started going downhill. I lost my place to live and found it hard to work during this time too.
I ended up going from stable work to picking up odd jobs through friends which wasn't stable at all - now I'm ready to move into something with more consistency. I've also got a little bit of stability now with housing so finding stable work is crucial for me.
I've had quite a long time doing labouring but I always wanted to get back into something a bit more stable so security work seems like a great fit for me. Doing my SIA license would be a great fit as I've done security work before and I know I can do a good job.
