Kelsey's story
I feel very happy about the prospect of having my own space, I feel like I am one step closer to being stable and independent. It's amazing to know that there are people who care about me and are willing to support me, I’ve never really had that.
My housing situation was tough. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in my life was being homeless and living on the streets before I started sofa surfing. I really struggled with my mental health at one point, I had to leave a very toxic relationship and try and find my own place.
In 2 years time I hope to be happy and stable with fewer worries. It’s comforting to know that there are people out there who want to support me.
