I've been street homeless since 2013, so it's been a trying period for me. It’s difficult to find work without a stable place to live first. Most companies require you to provide a permanent address, but that’s difficult for me to do.
I had a mid-life crisis which resulted in me moving away from my family, and resulted in me sleeping rough. Since then I’ve had to fend for myself. I used to work as a software engineer, and I have a lot of qualifications and a good level of experience. I want to find work as an admin assistant as it’s not something I’ve done before and I’d love to learn new skills in this area.
I try to stay on top of my physical health and mental health as much as possible. I walk around 4 miles every day, try to eat healthily and keep in shape. I spend a lot of my time in the library and practice programming. My goal is to be able to find stable work so I can then focus on my housing situation. Thanks for your support.
