Scott's story
I used to work as a self-employed plasterer and was used to work with rarely any days off. Unfortunately due to some personal circumstances I found myself homeless in 2023 and I am now looking to get back on my feet and return to work.
I am currently staying in a hostel but I am determined to find permanent accommodation and employment. My plan is to complete my CSCS and get back into the construction industry. This will give me the stability I need to get back on track.
It's humbling to know that there is a community out there willing to support me. It gives me hope of a better future with a new job and a new home. Making this happen with the support of Beam and your generosity would truly mean the world to me.
