Shawn's story
My biggest challenge recently has been finding somewhere suitable to live.
I used to live with my mum but unfortunately she fell into some rental arrears so we had to leave the property. With nowhere to live we've had to separate, and I've been sofa surfing with friends ever since.
I am a self employed driver for multiple food delivery companies at the moment, and I enjoy spending my days cycling around London on my bicycle.
One day I hope to be able to provide for my mum and get us somewhere suitable to live together!
I am really grateful for all of Beam's support and the opportunity to get myself back on my feet.
