Theresa's story
Hey everyone, I'm Theresa!
I've been through some tough times, but I'm determined to turn things around. I had to leave home when I turned 18 and have been sofa surfing since. It's been a rollercoaster, but I'm staying positive. I really enjoy playing the guitar and hanging out with friends - that's what keeps me going. I'm on the lookout for a stable job and a place to call my own.
Knowing that there are people out there willing to support me means the world to me. I'm super excited about the opportunity to take a safeguarding course through Beam. It opens up so many doors for me to work in childcare. In two years, I hope to have my own place and a steady job.
