Tyrone's story
I was homeless after an issue with my previous property and had nowhere to live. I didn't know what I would do and didn't want to move out of the area that I knew well. It would have made things much more difficult.
Now that I have moved into a new studio flat supported by Beam, I feel so happy. Having stability has made everything much easier. I feel like I have security and have been able to find work so that I can pay the bills again, which is a massive relief; I feel more settled! I have also received support from Beam in setting up the council tax, which was really helpful!
In two years time, my wish is to be happy and comfortable. I am really ecstatic to be in my new place!
