Vanessa's story
Me and my kids have been living in temporary accommodation, which is very far from my children’s school. Finding somewhere I can rent privately has not been easy for me, especially as I am pregnant, I have anaemia, and I have been travelling far to take the kids to school - it has been so draining!
It will feel amazing when me and my children are in our own home, relieved from the long traveling we do every day and, and we are less stressed.
Saving people’s lives by working in the NHS is my biggest dream. Recently, I had the opportunity to attend a 5 week training course as a NHS Nurse assistant. It was amazing! I enjoy caring for people and I pray to become a permanent employee in the NHS.
