My dream for the future is to be settled in my own home. Beyond that, I want to establish a rehabilitation centre for juveniles in the criminal justice system. The centre would have all sorts including training, drug rehabilitation, education and so forth. I would want to set one up here, and in Nigeria in my home country. I have already started wiring up a plan.
I want to do work in probation or in social work because I am passionate about working with people. I want to see their journey and how the change occurs. I want to see them achieve their goals. This is why I have stayed in this field for so long perviously. Given what I have been through in past, I also know I can draw on my own personal experience and help people with what I have learnt.
There are a lot of things that make me happy. My daughter makes me happy when she is behaving herself! Helping others makes me happy too. If I am being honest, financial independence plays a big factor in my happiness - knowing that I have stability. I also am grateful for my family and friends, but the thing that makes me happiest is peace and being peaceful.
