My main priority right now is to get back into employment after I took some time off to focus on my mental health. I was going through some personal issues which fuelled the decision to stop working but this had a knock on effect and I started accumulating some debt which only made my mental health worse.
It took me some time, but I realised that I had to make some changes if I was going to get back onto my feet. I started focusing on myself and doing things I really enjoy such as going out to the movies and spending time with friends, which took me out of the negative space I was in.
Since then, I have been applying for job roles but have been finding it difficult. I have previous experience working in the care sector as a support worker but I am open to trying new things or more than happy to return to the same industry.
