Many of us have no idea what it's like to be homeless.
But many people don’t have that luxury. Over 250,000 people in the UK are experiencing homelessness. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Beam believes in the potential of everybody and the power of stable employment to help people achieve independence.
We started this fundraising campaign to help Beam support homeless people. Over the last few years we have seen homelessness significantly on the rise across London and in our local neighbourhood of Finsbury Park.
The reason we are supporting BEAM is that all donations go to funding vocational education. We both believe that education is a powerful tool for creating long term sustainable solutions. Giving people an opportunity to access education allows them to stand on their own two feet.
