Jie's Impact

Hi! I look after the Mission Support team at Beam and also work as a Support Specialist. In Mission Support, we focus on delivering the best service possible and help the people Beam funds into training and employment.

I've spent most of my career in startups and enjoy scaling businesses and developing teams. In Malaysia, I helped set up and ran a health-tech startup for a number of years before moving to London to scale a peanut butter startup. (Random, I know!)

Social enterprises have always struck a chord with me, which is why I made the move to Beam. Helping people reach their full potential is something I feel strongly about and I can't wait to see Beam grow.
