I like to keep fit and active, and take care of myself. I am happy when I can spend time doing outdoor activities like cycling and jogging. These things keep me balanced and help me when I am stressed.
I am currently living in temporary accommodation provided to me by Hammersmith and Fulham council. Before the pandemic I was living with some friends. I was comfortable there but my main priority was being able to see my daughter. My friends were not comfortable with my daughter coming to visit so they asked me to leave. As I was not working I had nowhere else to go, so I became homeless.
My main goals are to move into my own place, get into work and to start moving forward with my life. I am excited to get back into training as a Security and CCTV operative. I have already done some security training, and I can see this developing into a good career for me in the future, as I believe my skills are well suited to this job.
My dream is to be in control of my time and to find happiness. That is what I consider a life well lived.
