Katie's story
Hey there! I'm Katie, and I'm using Beam to find a home. After a family break down, I've been living in temporary accommodation outside of London, while I really appreciated the support, it was hard to be so far away from my support network. It's been tough, but I'm determined and motivated to move back to the area.
When I achieve my goal with Beam, it will feel like a fresh start. I'll have a stable home and then I will start looking at work, but that sense of security will be a huge relief.
In two years, I would like to be back to work. I'm excited about what the future holds, but it all starts with a stable home.
