Things have been difficult over the last couple of months. I have always worked really hard and enjoyed being outside working as a groundworker but I have been unable to recently because I haven't been able to get my CSCS card renewed. This means I have been unemployed and unable to work on sites and get new roles. I really enjoy working in construction and can't wait to get back to it.
I am so grateful that Beam is able to support me to get my life back on track and get funding for my CSCS card. I've always worked in construction, both in the UK and back home in Romania. I really enjoy working as part of a team and have even managed teams before. I am very familiar with construction and enjoy the physical elements of the role. Outside of work I really enjoy spending time with friends and swimming, and I can't wait to get back into a routine with work and have the time to enjoy my hobbies again.
