I've had a tough time recently. My mum kicked me out of the house after some disagreements, and I ended up homeless. That was very hard for my partner and me—I'm not ashamed to admit that I cried myself to sleep every night for weeks after that happened. But I'm a fighter, and so is my partner. We found a temporary hostel with the local council and stayed there for a couple of days. But, because we didn't fit the criteria, we were left without a roof over our heads again. Fortunately, my partner's parents agreed to take us in for a couple of weeks until we could have some stability, and this is where we are right now.
My dream is to find somewhere to live with my partner where we can someday have our babies and live happily. But first? First, I need to find a job that will bring in some income so we can start saving up for that dream home!
I love working with people and making them happy, so I'd love to work in a customer-facing role like retail or customer advisor. It's been tough to put myself forward and tell my story, but I want to thank you very much for helping me and my partner gets back on track in our lives.
