Caseworkers work with each person on Beam, from the first point of contact right until they are happily settled in good work.
Supporting each person on Beam to achieve their goals includes:
Creating a Safety and Wellbeing Plan
Collecting references on each person
Designing a training and work plan with each person
Building their online campaign and fundraising budget
Periodically checking in with members as they complete their training
Supporting them to find a job

When you support Beam's members, you're changing lives. And you get to see that happening. You'll receive progress updates from the member by email and news will appear on their campaign page in the "News" section. You even get a Personal Impact Page with a summary of how all the members you've supported are getting on.
Bear in mind, Beam members are generally overcoming complex life issues. The journey from homelessness and into work is challenging and success is not guaranteed.
