I have lived in London for the last 22 years, and I have five wonderful children who live with their mother. I have been living in a homeless shelter for nearly a year now, and I really appreciate the help they're giving me, but I need to move on, and I am looking forward to the next steps.
I was attacked earlier this year, which affected me physically and psychologically. My hand is slightly weaker than it once was, and it led me to cut people off and stay indoors quite a lot at the time. I don't know those people anymore though, and I feel safe so I'm ready to get back into work. I'm quite a resilient person, and I'm keen to keep going.
I have a passion for music, but as I have experience in security, I just need a bit of support with my SIA licence renewal and some items. I don't have any access to tech right now, so looking for jobs and doing my CV has been really hard.
My dream is still music and video production, but I need to think about my priorities which are shelter, savings and getting some stability back. This help and support is essential to helping me get there.
