Rosa's story
I’ve been homeless for a few years. It’s been challenging sleeping over at different friends' houses. I guess the biggest challenge is not having a place I can call home. My main priority is making sure me and my daughter are healthy and settled in as many aspects of our lives as possible. I really want to create a stable foundation from which my daughter can grow.
At first it felt strange receiving help from Beam to achieve my dreams. I am not used to having support in this way. The most exciting part of launching my campaign is being able to say thank you to all the wonderful people who have helped me along the way.It will be a great feeling to have my own place that I can call home and to have a new start in life.
