Life in Ukraine was good before the war forced me to leave my home country and start a new life, overcoming many difficulties. I came to London on a sponsorship program, and now I live in temporary accommodation. At first, I continued to work remotely for Ukraine, but I understood that this income would not be enough for me for a long time and I really wanted to start working in London, to benefit the country that saved me, and to help my relatives who remained in Ukraine.
To do this, I actively improved my level of English the entire time I lived here, and I also took some courses to improve my professional skills in the field of design. Now I feel that I’m ready to move on and focus on finding stable employment here. I'd really love to be a graphic designer or motion designer but meanwhile, I want to have a stable job that I love, be independent and have a safe and stable home. I’m also interested in working in sales because I enjoy working with people.
The thing that makes me happiest is when everyone close to me is happy. Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports, dancing, singing, cooking, spending time with loved ones and learning something new. I dream of quickly achieving my goals. And most importantly, I hope for a world without wars, where everyone can live in peace and security. I want to wish all the people who also find themselves in a similar difficult situation to find their home as soon as possible and have a safe, secure and happy future.
