What makes me happy? I'd have to say my daughter is at the top of my list. It's so fulfilling and so rewarding being a mother. My daughter is still very young, but seeing her grow and seeing how much she changes every single day is the best feeling in the world.
Having a baby has made finding work even more urgent. I had dreams of a stable life with my family, but things didn’t work out with my ex-partner. I’m a single mum, so it’s all on me to look after my daughter and provide for the both of us. I want to find a stable job where I can build a career. I want to be settled and I want to have worked enough to be able to apply for a mortgage. I want to have stability. I have a lot of drive and ambition, and I’m hopeful that I will achieve all of my dreams and ambitions.
I want to work as an admin assistant or work in a remote role because it would mean I’d get to spend more time with my daughter. I'd be able to give her the best start possible in life, and the flexibility would be great for me. I’ve got experience working in admin, and I do a lot of admin in my own life and support my wider family with it too!
In the long-term once I’ve built myself up, I want to find a role where I can help people feel more fulfilled. It makes me happy to see people fulfilled and to know that I've played a part in that would be wonderful. Thank you for your support.
