I've had quite a challenging time since I was younger, and have been in trouble with the law throughout my teens. I've been trying hard to settle down since though and I have been staying with my Mam whilst I started to develop a career as roofer. I achieved my NVQ qualifications in Roofing & Cladding and I got my CSCS card, but most importantly I really enjoyed that job, and I was good at it too.
Unfortunately though, I have been told by the police to stay at home for my own safety which has really affected my life and what I do next. I'm looking for some support to access some courses to upskill myself so I can start to explore remote customer service roles.
I currently need support to become more tech literate, and develop my knowledge as this is a whole new sector for me. If I can do a digital skills course, and a customer service course, I will have the foundations to start a new career.
